Ashburton: Returning Student Information Survey
The link below is a survey that the school administrative team uses for the 2026-2027 school year, as we plan classes, and for teachers to get to know your child. This is an opportunity to describe your child as a learner.
Thank you for taking the time to share your insights regarding your child. With about 830 students at Ashburton, it is not possible for us to meet individually with families; however, we will consider this information while making class placements.
Please do not request specific teachers. While we recognize the bonds families may have with a teacher, teachers may relocate to other schools or be assigned to other grade levels.
Please note that we will use the information from this survey in our articulation process, please do not email administration or the counselors separately.
This form is voluntary; we carefully read the information but it is not required for you to fill it out. We get input from the current teachers about class placement to best fit the needs of each child.
Current fifth grade parents do not need to fill out this form nor do parents of students who will not attend Ashburton next year.
