Rocky Hill's Early Dismissal Policy It is the procedure at Rocky Hill that parents send a note to the office in the morning, requesting an early dismissal, if you wish to pick up your child at any time prior to the end of the day dismissal bell. Beginning Monday, January 9, if a note has not been submitted and processed in the morning, parents coming to pick up their child after 2:20 will be required to wait for the 2:40 dismissal bell.
