Consent and Release Form
Students will be receiving the technology consent and release form sometime during the week of September 14th. Please complete it and return it to your child's teacher ASAP.
If you have a hard time understanding the form, follow the guidelines below when giving consent:
General Release: Montgomery County (including NCC) can use your child's picture, video and/or voice for educational purposes. This could include in videos created by the county to show to other teachers, as well as the MCPS television channel. We also use this when outside photographers come into the building during events such as the Big Draw to take pictures/video, etc. highlighting our school.
Internet Release: Montgomery County (including NCC) can use your child's picture, name, schoolwork, and information about awards on the internet. Addresses and telephone numbers will never be used. First names would only be used if it is attached to a picture of the child, but full names could be used in schoolwork or pertaining to awards.
Limited Release: Your child's work can be posted to the Internet or published in publications, but not their name or picture.
