Parent-Teacher-Student Association (PTSA)

The Clarksburg High School PTSA is an organization of volunteer parents, teachers and students that strives to improve the education, health, safety, and general well-being of all students.

Board of Education to Visit the Clarksburg Cluster on Thursday, February 15, from 8-9 PM in the CHS Cafeteria. The Board, in partnership with the Montgomery County Council Parent Teacher Associations (MCCPTA), view this meeting as an opportunity to get better acquainted with our community and to discuss pending issues before the Board. This is an opportunity to engage in two-way dialogue directly with the Board on issues of concern and programs you value within Clarksburg and MCPS. We hope to see you there!

PTSA General Membership Meetings for the 2017-18 school year are October 17, November 21, January 23, March 20, and May 22 at 6:30 in the Media Center.

Athletic Booster Club (Boosters)

The Athletic Booster Club is a volunteer group of interested adults, who support all athletic related activities. They provide financial support to athletic teams and athletic support organizations for materials and services that cannot be provided through usual school channels. Support is provided on an equitable basis for all sports and support activities, J.V. and Varsity alike.

Meetings are on the second Monday of every month at 7:00 pm in the Media Center.

Organization of Music Parents and Helpers (OOMPAH)

Organization of Music Parents and Helpers is a parent run volunteer organization that supports all choral and Instrumental music related activities at Clarksburg High School.

The Supporting Cast Foundation

 THE SUPPORTING CAST FOUNDATION is a non-profit group that was developed by parents and exists to support the students and adults of the Clarksburg High School Stage Company in achieving educational goals that Mrs. Michelle Meyer, the Director, and the Stage Company set forth in order to foster passion and love for the productions of the theatre arts as well as their love of learning and appreciation of the arts in general. The Supporting Cast Foundation holds a nondiscriminatory policy in that no student or parent will be denied benefit or membership based on gender, race, ethnicity, ability, sexual identity or sexual orientation. The attached Hurricane Safety Information and Tornado Safety information was obtained from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and National Oceanic and Atmosphere Administration (NOAA) and will be implemented in the event of severe weather.
