What is my mission in life? What will I do with the years ahead? How can I translate what I have learned in school into a meaningful future?

Montgomery County Public Schools has developed the Superintendent’s Leadership Program (SLP) to help young adults grapple with such age-old questions while they prepare for executive and professional positions in our increasingly complex society. By combining course work with real-world experiences, the SLP encourages a select group of self-motivated students to take greater responsibility for their own intellectual and personal growth and become lifelong learners and achievers.
