HERD is on
the Move!

Based on the results of our student and staff mid-year surveys, we are considering moving HERD, our advisory period, to later in the day for next school year.  In particular, we are considering moving HERD from 3rd period to just after our lunches conclude, which would be immediately before 7th period. One of the reasons to make this change would be to allow students to use HERD to get a head start on more of that day’s homework assignments on days when students find that they do not need re-teaching and re-assessment. In order to gather more information and see how it works for us, we will pilot the proposed bell schedule the week of June 3.   Please see the bell schedule we are piloting by clicking here.
