If you're a member of any club at WJ please fill out the following form so you can be recognized at the end of the year! Thank you!
Club Charter
All clubs must re-charter every year!
To charter a club you will need:
1) a sponsor (any staff member in the building who is willing to supervise your club)
2) at least four members minimum to fill op the leadership positions (president, vice president, treasurer and secretary). Please note that these positions come with some inherent responsibilities as well as whatever responsibilities you'd like to assign them as a club.
If you have all of the above please fill out this charter form which will notify your sponsor. Your club will be officially listed on the school website once your sponsor double checks the provided information and agrees to the club's formation.
