Congratulations to our State Wrestling Competitors!
3 ‘Rines win county wrestling individual championships, one wins best overall. Please join the athletic department in congratulating Senior Nebi Tsarni, Freshmen Izzy Peluso and Junior Jabea Ewane on winning the county championship for the MCPS girls wrestling: Izzy won in the 105 lb weight class--Nebi won in the 170 lb weight class--Jabea won in the 190 lb weight class. Nebi also won the “most outstanding female wrestler” which is voted on by the 25 wrestling coaches.

Jarod Naulgan is the new WMHS record holder for the 50/free with a time of 21.82 and the 100/free with a time of 48.40.

It's time to reserve your yearbook! Seniors, we want your input! Look for the QR codes around the building, in your classrooms, and in the Media Center. These QR codes allow you to share your baby pictures, submit your pet photos, vote for your Senior Favorites, and much, much more. The Senior Superlatives are also being selected by using the QR codes!
Graduation Date Announcement
Please mark your calendars for our Class of 2024 graduation date. Our graduation ceremony with take place June 7, 2024, 10am at DAR Constitution Hall. We will provide more information about graduation later this month.

Required Vaccinations for School Year 2023–2024
This year Grade 9 students will need documentation of 2 doses of the varicella vaccine. If a student has not received 2 doses, they will need to be vaccinated (unless they have a medical contraindication or religious exemption). Please See Attached Links for more information:
Preschool Lab is now enrolling!
This unique program provides a quality educational experience for preschool children and high school students who are eager to work and learn together. Children who are 3 and 4 years old are eligible to participate in the Preschool Lab Program during the 2023-2024 school year. Children must be toilet trained to participate. Please complete the attached application and forward the application along with a $100.00 Non-refundable deposit to: (Checks should be made payable to Watkins Mill High School).
