"What does it take to row across an ocean? Guts? Strength? A touch of craziness!?
This past summer, my team of three people rowed 2800 miles from California to Hawaii. We had no support boat giving us food or help, no land to stop at to take a break, and no hot showers to clean ourselves up. Just us. And the open ocean. It was one of the best times of my life!

At 1:30 on October 21st, come meet Courtney Farber, from the World Record Setting mixed-gender rowing team in the Media Center. Her team rowed in record time from California to Hawaii and included the first out transgender person to row across the Pacific Ocean.
