If your child will be going home in a way that is different than their usual way, please communicate the change with your child's teacher and on our Change Of Dismissal Form.
Submit it before 12:00pm for same-day changes. Do not use this form for early pick-up.
For example:
- Diana usually rides the octopus bus but will ride the shark bus today.
- My child will no longer ride the seahorse bus and will be a car rider starting Monday, August 24th.
