Mulch Sale Going on NOW!!!
The 2026 Quince Orchard HS Mulch Sale is ON!
The delivery date for anyone ordering 10+ bags of mulch and living within 20 minutes of QO is Saturday, March 14, 2026. All this snow is going to melt and lead to well hydrated flower beds and yards, get ahead of the game and have your mulch ready to go too! The website to order is LIVE https://www.qohsboosters.com/
Our goal of selling more mulch also means we will have more deliveries to make, more trucks to be driven, and more $$ for QOHS Booster Club! We could really use your help to make sure that the day goes smoothly and we distribute all of that mulch to our community.
As mentioned above, the mulch delivery will take place on Saturday, March 14. There are morning (8am-12pm) and afternoon (12pm-4pm) driving sessions that we need to fill with both a driver of a box truck (think Penske moving truck) and a navigator that helps to give guidance to the driver. If you don't want to drive/navigate a truck, we also need parents to assist with driving kids, helping to direct traffic at QO, assisting with snacks/t-shirt handout, and other roles. We also have a need for people to volunteer to use their pick-up trucks for smaller deliveries in the Kentlands/Lakelands neighborhoods because we can't fit the box trucks on those streets easily.
Additionally, there is also a brief period of time we need volunteers on Friday, March 13 from approx 3:45 - 4:45 to pick the box trucks up in Germantown and bring them to QOHS.
