Description:
The Pyle Jazz Band is an audition-based extra-curricular ensemble for musicians to learn the fundamentals of jazz playing and improvisation in a fun, supportive environment! Instrumentation is open to saxophones, trumpet, low brass, piano, electric guitar, bass, drum set. Rehearsals are Wednesday afternoons from 3 – 4:15 pm starting October 19. Auditions are Wednesday, October 12 for saxophones and trumpet and Thursday, October 13 for low brass and rhythm. Please email Mrs. Jacobs or see her in the band room 118E for an audition packet!
