Media Classes and Book Exchange

Each K-3 class visits the Media Center once a week for library-oriented lessons and digital literacy lessons and to complete inquiry (research) projects. Book exchange generally occurs during this time period. Grades 4 and 5 students will come to the Media Center every other week for digital literacy lessons and research. Students in grades 4  will be able to check out book during morning check out (8:40 - 9:10) and any other open book check out time. Grade 5 students have an assigned book exchange session every other week.

Students in Kindergarten check out two books at a time. Students in grades 1, 2,  3, 4 and 5  may check out three books at a time.  Books are checked out for a period of two weeks and are renewed as needed. Students with overdue materials or book fines are not permitted to check out additional items until the items are returned or fines paid. Payment of fines must be made for any books that are lost or damaged. Please contact Mrs. Crooke or Mrs. Mir for more information.

If we do not have the book or books you are looking for, fill out this Google form to request it.
