The Visual Arts program engages students in critical and artful thinking skills through Creating Art and Responding to Art. Students in each grade level will be able to explore new media and techniques, experiment with a variety of art tools and materials, express their thoughts and emotions in their artmaking and critiques, and evaluate modern and contemporary artworks sing the Elements of Art and Principles of Designs in connection to specific themes in their world.
