2026/2027 Kindergarten-5th Grade Registration
Important Forms to Complete for Kindergarten and/or new Students to MCPS 2026-2027 Registration
1) All Families Should Complete Online Registration using the following link:
https://md-mcps.edupoint.com/PXP2_OEN_Login.aspx
*Please make sure to select registration for the 2026-2027 school year.*
2) Additionally, the following documents are needed to finalize registration:- Residency verification
- Parent’s ID
- Birth Certificate
3) Other forms that need to be completed are:
- Pre-K Experience
- Physical Medical Form
- Lead Testing Certificate
- Immunization Certificate
- Dental Health Form
- Shared Housing Disclosure (if applicable)
