Gaithersburg Elementary School embraces our mission of providing a rigorous and equitable learning environment that empowers every child to achieve academic excellence and social-emotional well-being.

•  We fulfill the commitments of our two-way immersion (dual language) program to create students who are bilingual, biliterate, and socio-cultural global citizens in both Spanish and English;
•  We embrace a culture of student-centered, data-driven coaching cycles for all staff to improve teacher effectiveness and student outcomes;
•  We implement equitable and inclusive practices in our classrooms, schools, and communities, which foster a community of learners built on trust and unconditional positive regard.
