Ap Testing Information May 1 to May 19

  1. Testing rosters are posted on the trophy case downstairs by the main office. You can also look here: AP Testing Locations.pdf
  2. For morning tests, students need to arrive no later than 7:45 am and for afternoon tests no later than 11:45 am.
  3. Many afternoon tests end after 2:30 so students should arrange rides ahead of time.  Asking the ride to be here by 3:30 is probably a safe bet for most tests.
  4. Students should line up outside the testing area until invited for check-in (Auditorium – line up on the outside sidewalk by the auditorium; Media Center – line up in the hall against the B hall wall).  If they have a main office or other office testing location, students should check in with staff in those locations and the proctor will be alerted of the students’ arrival.
  5. Students should bring ALL of their testing supplies like pencils, pens, calculators.
  6. All phones, smart watches, etc., are not allowed and will be placed in bags and put at the front of the testing area.
  7. A small snack is allowed.  Students should bring ONLY WATER to drink.  We have had coffee spills in the past that messed up tests and the testing environment.
  8. Students should dress in layers as the temperatures often fluctuate depending on the area, day and time of day.
  9. Students should check email and pay attention to anything they see from Ms. O’Neill because it might be related to their testing location or any other needed changes.
