Swing Night

Where: Blake HS cafeteria transformed into a beautiful jazz club venue

Description:

We have extended ticket sales to close on Thursday, April 20th at noon (12:00).  

What is Swing Night?:  An amazing night of music featuring the Eubie Blake Jazz Band and the Olney Big Band, dancing, great food and the wonderful Blake HS community gathering together.

Date:  Friday, April 21st

Time: 7:00 pm

Location: Blake HS cafeteria transformed into a beautiful jazz club venue

Food:  Heavy hors d'oeuvres and desserts from the fantastic Big Greek Cafe

  • Meatballs
  • Chicken skewers
  • Spanikopita
  • Falafel
  • Roasted Potatoes
  • Baklava
  • And much more!!            

 

Cost: $40 per adult; $25 per student, donations welcome.

The auction will close at 8:30 pm on Friday, April 21st and the winners will be announced during Swing Night.  Items will be available to be redeemed (upon full payment by highest bidder) at Blake High School at the end of Swing Night on April 21st or through pick up coordinated separately with Jill Broer (broerjil@yahoo.com).  Delivery will be limited to pickup from Blake High School at an agreed upon date.  Shipping of items will not be available.

 

If you are able to donate, please complete this Google Form and a Blake Music Board Member will be in touch. Although the Blake Music Boosters are not a 501C3 organization,  100% of donations go directly to support the music programs at Blake HS.
