Back to School Night

When: Thursday, September 12, 2024 from 5:45 pm - 8:00 pm

Description:

Banneker's Back to School Night will be Thursday, September 12, 2024, beginning at 5:45 p.m. Please reserve this date on your calendar so you can meet your child's teachers and join the PTSA. Please contact the main office as soon as possible if you need any special accommodations or interpreting services for Back to School Night.

5:45-6:15 - Back to Health Night: Health teachers will present for Back to Health Night between 5:45-6:15 in Room 236. 

6:15-6:45 - General Session: Introductions from administration, counseling, media center, PTSA; review updated expectations and policies, and hear about Title I resources.

6:45-8:00 - Caregivers visit with teachers and the extracurricular resource fair in the gym: Caregivers will be able to prioritize which classes they want to visit during this time. 

  • Caregivers of students in the LFI program will meet in Room 131.
  • Case managers of students with IEPs will be available from 6:45-7:15 in Room 204. They they will rotate to their co-taught classrooms.
