Planning to apply to college? The National Honor Society College Tips event will take place on April 19th at lunch in the auditorium. All students are welcome to attend. Learn about applying to college and how to get financial aide. Bring your friends and come to hear from seniors that have already gone through the process. Hear their tips on applying to college! Come out and support the PHS class of 2021! The freshmen SGA will be selling class of 2021 t-shirts by the globe from Monday, April 16th to Thursday, April 19th. The cost of a shirt is $20. You can also purchase a shirt using the online school store. To get the link check the class of 2021 google classroom or ask Ms. Hicks or Ms. Boishin.

On behalf of the school, we would like to congratulate Poolesville's robotics Team 9450 Falcons First for making it to the FIRST Robotics World Championships in Detroit, Michigan. The competition will be held during the last week of April from the 24th to the 28th. Our team, led by Captain Sreya Vangara, is one of the few teams who have made it this far. Let's give a shout out to Falcons First!
The Montgomery County Board of Elections will be at Poolesville High School April 16th, 17th and 18th. Their goals are to register all eligible high school students & staff to register to vote and to recruit Election Judges to serve during mid-term elections.
In order to register to vote and/or to be an election judge students must be a U.S. Citizen; live in Maryland; and be 16 years old or older. Student election judges can earn up to 25 SSL credits “OR” up to $210. The Maryland Primary Election is June 26th & the General Election is November 6th. The Poolesville Community Garden, located at 17800 Elgin Road, is having a garden work day this coming Saturday, April 14, beginning at 9 AM. SSL hours are available, and lunch will be served at noon. Questions? Contact Pam Mattes, 240 723 9131.

It's a 3 VS. 3 event! Come watch THREE Non-Art Teachers VS. THREE Art Teachers, DRAWING LIVE MODELS, using their OPPOSITE HANDS! That’s right, you heard it right...These drawings are going to be made by Poolesville teachers using their wrong hands...and they are going to be TERRIBLE! So stop by the Falcon Foyer to cheer on these brave souls, and don’t forget to enter our Fine Arts Friday raffle. See you this Friday, Poolesville!

Yesterday, Varsity Softball and Baseball returned home from Watkins Mill victorious. The Ladies with a 27-4 win and the Men with a 10-3 victory. Way to go Falcons!
Track & Field is at WJ for the Viking Invitational at 5:30pm today and 9am tomorrow.
JV Baseball and Softball face Seneca Valley on Saturday. Ladies at the South Germantown Park Field F at 10:00am. The Men are at MLK Middle School at10:00 am.
Varsity Baseball and Softball face Seneca Valley on Saturday. The Men at South Germantown Park, Field F game time 2:30pm. The Ladies are at Seneca Valley first pitch at 2:30pm. GO Falcons!
