Lauren Robinson, Guidance Counselor, Grades 4 and 6  

Greetings Cheetahs! I am thrilled to be your part-time counselor and teammate of Rachel Greif.  I have been a counselor here since 2006. Prior to that, I taught fourth grade for four years and sixth grade for four years. I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Education from West Virginia University and my Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, going to the theater/ballet, traveling, and spending time with my friends and family.

 

 

Rachel Greif, Guidance Counselor, Grades 3 and 5 

Welcome Cheetahs!  I am so excited to be here at CCES as a part-time counselor working in the company of the fabulous Lauren Robinson.  Prior to being a Cheetah I taught middle school mathematics for 8 years.  I obtained my bachelors degree in Psychology from University of Maryland.  I then decided to go into education and received my Masters in Teaching for Elementary Education from the Johns Hopkins University.   As I always wanted to be a school counselor,  I earned my Masters of Science in Counseling from the Johns Hopkins University.  In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband, wonderful daughter, and the rest of my family.  I look forward to meeting all of you in the coming year!
