Athletics 2019-20
White Oak Middle School offers fall, winter, and spring sports for 7th and 8th graders with a 2.0 GPA and all paperwork turned in.
FALL
- Boys’ and Girls’ Softball
- Coed Cross Country
- Tryouts will be in September
WINTER
- Boys’ and Girls’ Basketball
- Tryouts will be in November
SPRING
- Boys’ and Girls’ Soccer

Fee Requirement and Eligibility
Participation in intramurals and extracurricular activities requires the payment of an activity fee. It is the reponsibility of the student to remain eligible. Students who receive two "E's" during a grading period will not be eligible to participate in activities for the following nine week period.
When are Activities Held?
Activities are normally held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays after school. Students who remain after school and plan to ride the activity bus must report to their teacher or sponsor by 3:15 p.m. and remain with the teacher or sponsor until 4:15 p.m., at which time they will be sent to the cafeteria to catch the bus home.
Transportation to After-School Activities
Any student remaining after school on days other than Tuesdays and Thursdays will need to arrange their own transportation home. Students that participate in interscholastic sports will be provided with transportation if games are held on days other than Tuesday and Thursday.
