Principal's Message (August 23, 2026)
Good afternoon, Viers Mill families! This is Mr. Hawkins, Principal of Viers Mill Elementary School, with our weekly Sunday message. We are excited to have our Kindergarten through 5th Grade students return this week! As a reminder, only Kindergarten students and new-to-Viers Mill 1st through 5th Grade students should join us tomorrow, August 24, for our Transition Day event (8:45 a.m. - 3:25 p.m.). All Kindergarten through 5th Grade students report for the first day of school on Tuesday, August 25 (8:45 a.m. - 3:25 p.m.). Students in our PEP and Prekindergarten programs will receive information and a start date from their child's teachers.
