Tilden Middle School

Tilden MS is hosting an in-person Open House for parents/guardians on Monday, October 10. The schedule for Open House is given below.

• Open House starts at 8:30 am and ends at 11:00 am
• Parents/guardians will be able to visit periods 1 and 2 from 8:30 am until 9:45 am and period 3 from 10:30 am until 11:00 am
• Between 9:45 am and 10:30 am, all visitors are expected to be in the cafeteria for a meet and greet with Tilden administrators, counselors, PTA President, and NAACP Representative. No parents/guardians should stay in classrooms during this time so that Timberwolf Time lesson can go uninterrupted.
• Parents/guardians must stay in periods 1 through 3 classes for the duration of the Open House.

I respectfully ask that you review the following considerations prior to your visit for the Open House.

• Wearing a mask is strongly recommended.
• Open House visits are for parents only. Please keep little ones at home.
• Additional parking is available in the Tilden bus loop. Please do NOT park in the car loop in front of the main entrance.
• Visitor Badges should be picked up in the Main Lobby.
• Our Student Ambassadors will be available to help you navigate the building.
• Open House visits are opportunities to observe the instructional program at Tilden and NOT a time for individual conferences. You can always schedule a conference with your child’s teacher by emailing them.
• Please refrain from talking or using cell phones during instruction.
• No pictures or videos will be allowed.
• Please be reminded to ask your child for his/her schedule of classes and room numbers for Monday! You can use this schedule to fill out your student’s schedule.
