MCPS has reissued, via e-mail and U.S. mail, activation letters to families that have not yet established their accounts. The significant resources in the ParentVUE platform, information about grades, assignments, schedules, and the ability to establish critical family-to-school relationships are essential reasons to strengthen our efforts to encourage families to sign up. Multiple support resources to help navigate the platform and now that ParentVUE is translated in multiple languages should help to overcome previous barriers to adoption.
