2026-2027 Course Bulletin 

Welcome, new and returning students and families, to course registration at Shady Grove Middle School! As we prepare for the 2026–2027 school year, we are excited to begin the important process of academic planning and goal-setting for our students.

At Shady Grove Middle School, we are Rooted in Growth—growth in learning, confidence, character, and community. Each year, our planning begins early to ensure that students and families have clear, timely information to make thoughtful course selections that reflect individual strengths, interests, and learning needs. Our course offerings are intentionally designed to support academic excellence while nurturing curiosity, creativity, and a strong sense of belonging.

Within this course bulletin and on our website, you will find essential information related to articulation, course offerings, registration procedures, and key dates. Families of current fifth-grade students will receive guidance on middle school expectations, graduation requirements, and the registration process, as well as information about the programs and supports available at Shady Grove Middle School—all grounded in our commitment to student growth and success.
