Meet the Counselors
Evanne Davis
I'm Evanne Davis, one of the school counselors at Rock View. Before moving to Maryland in 2022 I was working as a counselor in Savannah, Georgia.
My favorite part of being a counselor is helping students learn important social and emotional skills. I love seeing students use their skills and knowledge to resolve conflicts, self-regulate, and treat others with kindness.
In my free time, my favorite things to do are spend time with friends, listen to music, play games and do all sorts of crafts, and play with my cat, Skipper. I am so excited for another year working with RVES students, staff and families!
Alexandra Velasquez
Hi! My name is Alexandra Velasquez, and I am one of the school counselors at Rock View Elementary School! My favorite part of being a school counselor is helping students discover their strengths, build confidence, and develop important social and emotional skills.
As a bilingual counselor (Spanish/English), I am passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where every student feels seen, heard, and supported.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going to the movies, being a frequent concertgoer, and traveling to new places. I am so excited to be part of the Roadrunner community and look forward to a wonderful year with our students, staff, and families!
