Illness Policy
If students have a fever, diarrhea, or vomiting, they must stay home from school. In order to return to school, they must be fever and symptom free for at least 24 hours without the help of fever reducing medications.

Please remember to complete the attendance Google form and send a message to your child's teacher via Parent Square if they are going to be out sick.
Medication at School
If your child requires medication while at school, it must be administered through the health room. A parent/guardian must bring the medication into the health room along with a completed doctor's order, and the medication must have the pharmacy label attached. Medication may not be brought in by the student. You can download the forms below.
- Authorization to Provide Prescription Medication - This form can be used for oral medications, eye drops, inhalers, etc...
- Authorization to Provide Medically Prescribed Treatment- This form can be used for treatments such as nebulizers for asthma
- Emergency Care for the Management of a Student with a Diagnosis of Anaphylaxis- This form is used for children who require epipens.
