Distribution 3 on 10/21/20 

Our last distribution date for Semester 1 (Marking Period 1 and Marking Period 2) materials will be on Wednesday, October 21, 2020. Please view the list of materials that will be distributed here.  Drive through the bus lane at the front of the school during the  times listed below, based on the grade level of one of your children. We will provide materials for your other children at that time as well. 

• 4:00-4:45pm          Grades 4 and 5
• 4:45-5:30pm          Grades 2 and 3
• 5:30-6:15pm          Kindergarten and Grade 1

Prior to arriving at school, write the following information  on a piece of paper. 

• Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 2 and Grade 3 students:
  • Grade Level 
  • Homeroom Teacher's Name
  • Student's First and Last Name

• Grade 4, Grade 5 and Center for Enriched Studies students:
  • Grade Level
  • Homeroom Teacher's Name
  • Student's First and Last Name
  • Reading Program (Grade 4, Grade 5, or CES)
  • Math Program (Grade 4, Grade 5,  Grade 4/5 or Grade 5/6)

The paper will be collected so that we have a record of who received materials. MCPS is asking that we keep accurate records of this information moving forward.

Please wear a mask, remain in your car  and stay home if you are not feeling well. As in previous distributions, if you are unable to make it, please feel free to ask someone to pick up materials for your children. You will need to provide them with all of the information listed above so that they can turn in a paper for the materials they receive.
