Our Vision for Highland View: Highland View is a welcoming, safe and inclusive community of learners.  All children and adults are valued and respected.  Students are well prepared for success in academic settings in order to have a positive impact on the world.

Maryland Comprehensive Assessment Program (MCAP)

The Maryland Comprehensive Assessment Program (MCAP) is taken by 3rd, 4th & 5th grade students every spring. Please make efforts to ensure that your child is in school and on time for each testing session.  If absences can't be avoided,  we will provide makeup testing sessions.
