    About Our Third Grade Teachers 

    Ms. Meghan Kenst

    I have been at GSCES since it opened! My family lives in Urbana. My daughter is a freshman in college and my son is a junior in highschool. My husband is a middle school history teacher. When I am not in school you will see me taking walks as well as cheering for my kids on the soccer or field hockey field. I look forward to helping your child learn and grow this year!

    Hi Bullfrog Families! I'm so excited to be moving to 3rd grade after teaching 2nd for the past five years. I earned my bachelor's degree at Towson University in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Family Studies. I live in Frederick with my two cats and I love to read, travel and spend time with my friends and family. I can't wait to spend the year learning and laughing with your child. :)

    Hi Bullfrogs! I'm so excited for another awesome year at the Creek. I've taught 2nd and 3rd grade both within MCPS and out of state. I earned my bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Maryland (go Terps!). Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, and traveling. I look forward to helping your child learn and grow!
