The George B. Thomas, Sr. Learning Academy, Inc. Saturday School FY 2027
• The beginning of the school year provides an opportunity for schools and The George B. Thomas, Sr. Learning Academy, Inc. Saturday School, to continue working in partnership and address the academic needs of students. More than 2100 students have received support through this partnership so far in the 2025–2026 school year.
• The opening day and orientation for students and parents/guardians will take place on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at all Saturday School sites from 8:30-11:00 a.m.
• We cordially invite you to attend the Opening Ceremony at one of the 10 Saturday School sites.
• Students may enroll at any of the 10 Saturday School sites – Clarksburg, Albert Einstein, Gaithersburg, Montgomery Blair, Northwest, Paint Branch, Rockville, Springbrook, and Wheaton high schools as well as a virtual option.
• Parents/guardians can register their student either online at www.saturdayschool.org or in person at the Saturday School site the student will attend. Registration forms for the program will be sent to schools in August.

• There is a one-time registration fee of $95 (non-FARMS) and $50 (FARMS) with no monthly tuition or additional fees to attend Saturday School. A payment plan option is available. Families in need of financial assistance may request in writing a waiver of the registration fee to the Saturday School site center director.
