Green Team

    Green team is an after school program to help promote recycling and energy efficiency within our school.   

    1st meeting  TUESDAY, OCT 6th in room 1201

    The MEETINGS WILL BE ON TUESDAYS  THIS YEAR – after school from 3:05- 4:15pm 

     

    Club is open to ALL 6th, 7th , and 8th graders

    Students earn SSL hours for helping the school community

     



    Activities-

    Plant flowers- in the areas around the school building

    Collect recycled materials and monitor recycling for the entire building

    Promote environmental awareness

    Monitor school energy use

    Participate in local and regional environmental contests
