MCPS Middle School Athletics Registration Process Letter  / Spanish Letter

As the Winter Athletic season wraps up this week, registration for the Spring sports season is now open.  All 7th and 8th graders interested in trying out for the Boys' and Girls' Soccer teams need to submit their online registration through the ParentVue Portal.  

Spring '26 interscholastic athletics online registration will be submitted through the ParentVUE Portal, opening on January 26, 2026.

Both the ParentVUE portal registration and supporting documents (SR-8 Doctors Physical and Medical Clearance) must be completed prior to the 1st tryout.

  • Girls’ Soccer tryouts begin on Tuesday, March 10th and run through Thursday, March 12th, from 3:10-4:25 each day, depending on the weather!
  • Boys’ Soccer tryouts begin on Tuesday, March 10th and run through Thursday, March 12th, from 3:10-4:25 each day, depending on the weather!

All athletics’ practices and contests are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays when it is a full day of school.  Practices are 3:10-4:25 and all soccer games start promptly at 3:30.
