PTSA Volunteer Opportunities
MDS3 is a partnership between the Maryland State Department of Education, Johns Hopkins University, and Sheppard Pratt Health System. The initiative was designed to work with your child’s school to learn more about what students, parents, and staff think about their school and how they can help improve the school environment. They are particularly interested in perceptions of school climate, which includes feelings about the safety, relationships, and the learning environment of a school. Schools with positive school climates are better places for students to learn and for staff to work. As part of our data collection we are asking our parents to complete an anonymous and voluntary survey on School Climate. This 10 minute survey can be accessed in both English and Spanish online between March 1st and May 15th. To access this survey go to http://survey.pagequest.net and type in MCRidP3 for the password.
