Course Registration for 2013-2014
Counselors will be visiting 5th, 6th and 7th grade students February 6th through 8th to present information regarding this years' course registration process and distribute registration materials. The course registration sheets should be reviewed by parents, signed, and returned by February 15th. An opportunity for parents to find out more information and ask questions will be available at our annual Parent Articulation Meeting on February 13th, 7:00pm (Snow Date Feb. 20). Grade-level counselors are also available during regular school hours (7:30 to 2:40) to answer questions via phone or email. If you would like an in-person meeting with your child's counselor please call or email to schedule an appointment. Remember, the counselors rotate grades to stay with their caseload of students, so all questions regarding students who will be in 6th grade for 2013-2014 should be directed to Mrs. Finch, 7th grade to Mrs. Ehlers, and 8th grade to Mr. Megary. Key dates and documents can be found at this link.
5th grade students will also recieve information regarding mandatory health physicals and dental screenings due prior to the start of the 2013-2014 school year. Questions regarding these documents can be addressed by contacting our health room, either Nurse Ruffner or Ms. Deegbe (301)840-4689.
