  • Congratulations to our Principal Judy Brubaker - MMEA Outstanding Adminstrator Award 2015

    Please join us in congratulating our Principal, Mrs. Judy Brubaker, for receiving the Maryland Music Educators' Association "Outstanding Administrator Award" for 2015.  Mrs. Brubaker was nominated for this award to recognize her consistent and generous support of the General, Choral and Instrumental music programs at Spark Matsunaga Elementary School.  She recognizes that music is an integral and vital part of every child's education and has devoted her career to educating the whole child, ensuring that our students have a strong and complete music education.  Mrs. Brubaker was honored at the MMEA Awards Banquet at Turf Valley on Saturday, April 18, 2015.
