Science Fair

Luxmanor's Annual Science celebration is Thursday, February 25th, 2010 from
6:30 – 7:30 p.m. and during the school day.   This is an opportunity for children to learn something new, and to have fun sharing what they have learned with others.  Students will have an opportunity to discuss their projects with an adult scientist and to discover how their work relates to the “real world.”  

If you need ideas for a science project, the Luxmanor and public library have plenty of science fair project books.  You can also check out the Luxmanor webpage that offers links to many useful websites. 

Please fill out the sign-up and guidelines form and return no later than February 5th.

2010-2011 School Year Calendar Available Now

The Board of Education approved the calendar for the 2010–2011 school year. The school year will begin on Monday, August 30, 2010 and will end for students on Thursday, June 16, 2011.
