About CMES
Clopper Mill Elementary School is located in a rapidly growing suburban area approximatley 25 miles north of Washington, DC in Germantown, Maryland. It is home to a culturally diverse population of approximatley 440 students in grades pre-K through 5. CMES is part of the Northwest High School Cluster of schools in Montgomery County, Maryland. Our mascot is the Cougar.

The students, staff, parents, and community of Clopper Mill Elementary School will work collaboratively to provide a safe, respectful, and nurturing learning environment for every student. We will motivate students to achieve at high levels by providing challenging instruction and a quality education.
