Student make-up pictures will be taken on Tuesday, October
25th in room 126 for students in grades 9, 10, and 11 only.
Picture forms are available in the main office. These are pictures for
the yearbook and student IDs.
Centrally developed quarterly assessments
will be administered each marking period in courses for which there was
previously a countywide final exam; to count for 10% of the marking

All canned goods and non-perishable items should be delivered to the grade-level class sponsors. The donations will go to MANNA to benefit local families. Click above to see a list of class sponsors.
Attached is a flyer on the Day of Writing with Authors program MC will offer on Saturday, October 22, 2017 from 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 pm at the Rockville campus. The program will support students in grades 5- 7 and 8 - 11 who love to write. It will provide opportunities to focus on different types of writing and link students with authors who are specialists in that type of writing. The cost is only $150 per child. There are a very limited number of scholarships.
Registration is now open for those 10th grade and above who would like to take on-line HEALTH EDUCATION during the Fall Semester. For any grade-level CHS student wanting to take on-line Foundations of Technology (FOT), you may also register at this time. THERE ARE A LIMITED NUMBER OF SLOTS. If you want to register, you should do that sooner than later.
Activity bus pick-up is at 4:30pm and located in the bus loop at the Bulldog Lobby Entrance of the school. However, the buses will be offered on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons only. PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE IN THIS SCHEDULE. Click for more information.
Beginning Sept. 6 and continuing until November 11, admissions officers
from colleges and universities will be visiting Churchill during the school day
to provide information about their institutions and answer questions. Click title for more information.
