All SSL Pre-Approval Forms will expire on May 31.
New SSL Pre-approval Form 560-50 must be submitted if you plan to continue to volunteer with an organization for which you previously obtained preapproval. The new preapproval will be valid from June 1, 2012 through May 31, 2013. [The form is now called Individual Student Service Learning (SSL) Request.]
Attendance Notes for Absences, Early Dismissals, and Late Arrivals
Parents may submit notes for attendance on-line at http://www.montgomeryschoolsmd.org/schools/churchillhs/homepage/attendance.aspx. Students who are arriving late or leaving early MUST sign in/out in the Attendance Office in all circumstances. This applies to on-line and handwritten notes. Only written notes, not phone calls, can make an absence officially reported.
