  • Student Focus Groups During Lunch

  • MOCK ACT February 5

    Take advantage of this great opportunity to take a practice ACT, one of the two college entrance exams used for college admissions.  This is a full length test that will be scored by our professional testing partner.  You will receive a score report and the opportunity to discuss the results with an experienced ACT tutor, however, there is no obligation to purchase their services. There is a $15 fee which is a fundraiser for Churchill.  Register for the MOCK ACT online.  Go to the Churchill homepage and click on the  “Online School Payment Icon” on the lower left side of the homepage. Click title for more information. 

  • Registration for AP Exams

    It is the expectation that all students enrolled in an Advanced Placement (AP) class will, in May, sit for the AP Exam in that course. Students must register/sign up for the each exam they plan to take.  The fee for each exam is $95.  Upon successful completion of the exam students may receive college course credit.  More information about online registration and testing will be available mid-January.   • ASVAB Vocational Aptitude Testing February 8

    Each year, Winston Churchill High School offers students in grades 10, 11 and 12 the opportunity to take a career exploration assessment, the ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery).  The ASVAB test will be administered Wednesday, February 8 at 7:45 a.m., periods 1-4.  This will be handled as an “in school field trip” and students will be excused from class.   • Courses with Required Quarterly Assessments (RQAs)

    Centrally developed quarterly assessments will be administered each marking period in courses for which there was previously a countywide final exam; to count for 10% of the marking period grade. Click to find out more information.

    The winners of the Parking Lottery, and those seniors wishing to apply for street parking, will need to complete the attached form.
