School Improvement Plan (SIP)
MCPS
and CCES use the Baldrige
Criteria as a framework to define, design, and deploy processes to support
the development, implementation, and monitoring of a comprehensive school
improvement plan or SIP. The linkages chart serves as a stakeholder-friendly
overview of the school, telling the story of the school, and identifying
priority goals. The lotus diagram shows areas of strengths and needs
using a graphic organizer. Action plans outlines specific measurable action
steps that support meeting the strategic goals and processes.
