Enter B-CC's 8th Annual Writing Contest!!!.  DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY  1st.  See your English teacher for details and entry form or go to English Writing contest 2012.   Winners receive cash prize, publication in Chips, and a certificate for a workshop at the Writer's Center.

Wonderful news to share—
Sarah Mahoney’s Advanced Composition student, B-CC Class of 2011 graduate Hannah Johnston, has won the Fran Abrams Creative Writing Award for the play that she submitted.  See announcement on the web at  2011 Fran Abrams Writing Contest Award 

Congratulations go to Hannah and her teacher, Sarah Mahoney, for entering and winning!
