Saturday, February 24, 2018- Story Time at Library of Congress

In honor of African American History month, the Library of Congress Young Readers Program will present story time this Saturday at 11:00 am in the Thomas Jefferson G29 building .  Story time will feature award winning picture books, digital collections, songs and stories that celebrate people who made a difference.  The Library of Congress is a great Saturday field trip.  To find out more visit the website: http://www.read.gov/kids/ 

Purchase a Kindness Gram February 26-28

‘Kindness Grams’ will be sold from February 26th-28th. A Kindness Gram is a way for students to say thank you to each other for being kind. Each Kindness Gram comes with a small lollipop. You can complete as many grams as you’d like at home. Incoming Fall 2018 Kindergarten Parents' Coffee

If you have a child who will turn 5 years of age by September 1, 2018, please join us on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 from 10:00-10:45 in the Bannockburn Elementary All Purpose Room for Coffee, conversation, and questions about the Kindergarten program.  For more information click the title link above.

Bannockburn ES MD Blue Ribbon School 2017-2018

Bannockburn has been selected as 2017-2018 Maryland Blue Ribbon Schools by the Maryland State Department of Education. Bannockburn  will now compete for the National Blue Ribbon Schools award.
