Building Use and School Event Procedures

Financial Procedures 

Monday through Friday during the School Day

For building use during the school day (instructional area, auditorium, etc.), please inquire in person or  via email to the School Business Administrator as much in advance as possible to avoid scheduling conflicts.

Any Week Day after 2:30 p.m. and All Day on Weekends

For any after hours’ use of the school or weekend, requests are submitted  to the Community Use of Public Facilities of the Interagency Coordinating Board for the Montgomery County Government one month prior to any event. After hours as defined by the ICB is any use after 2:30pm Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.

All applicable rental, building service, media services, and/or cafeteria personnel fees will be charged to the user or user group. If a special set-up or  special equipment is required, include the information on the form or attach a diagram or drawing.
