NACAC College Fair Field Trip Opportunity For Juniors

Attention Class of 2023! It’s time to begin your college search!

On Wednesday, April 6th, SVHS students will have the opportunity to attend the NACAC Montgomery County (MD) National College Fair as part of a school-wide field trip. This year’s event will take place at the Adventist Healthcare Fieldhouse (formerly the Maryland SoccerPlex) in Boyds, MD, and host over 275 Universities and Colleges. Admission representatives will be there to answer your questions about Admission Requirements, College Essays, Financial Aid, Scholarships and more.

Field Trip Details:

  • Date: Wednesday, April 6, 2022

  • Location: Adventist Healthcare Fieldhouse (formerly the Maryland SoccerPlex) 18031 Central Park Circle, Boyds, MD 20841

  • Time: Students will depart SVHS at 9:45am and return to school at 11:20am

  • Cost: $4.00 (bus transportation)

In order to participate in this field trip, students need to return the following to Mr. Nalda in the College/Career Center, Room 2113:

  • Signed permission slip. Students can print or obtain a copy from the Career Center.

  • Bring $4 to pay transportation costs (cash or check). There is also an option to pay by credit card online (3.75% fee will be added, collected by the processing company hosting the site).
