Exam Schedule

The Maryland Comprehensive Assessment Program (MCAP) will be administered on May 7th, 8th, and 9th. MCAP consists of four state exams: Biology, NSL Government, English 10 Language Arts, and Algebra 1. All students enrolled in these courses must take the MCAP, a graduation requirement for a high school diploma in the state of Maryland. Students who were previously enrolled in these courses but did not take the MCAP, must also test.

NEW this year for first-time, 2024, 9th grade students enrolled in Biology: The MCAP LS-MISA will count for 20% of the second semester final grade in Biology.  For more information on the roll-out of End of Course (EOC) examinations for Science and Government, click HERE.
