Directory Withholding Info & FERPA notice

Parents/Guardians:  You may direct the principal not to release any or a specific part of this directory information if you return the completed form to the school by September 30th.  You must understand that if you withhold directory information, the decision affects all lists of or references to students distributed or used outside MCPS, whether prepared by the school, organizations of any combination of parents, teachers, and students of a school, or central services.  The form will remain in effect until the end of the given school year on June 30.  Hard copies are available in the main office, as well.
