Work Permit
Any minor looking to get a work permit must go to: www.dllr.state.md.us/childworkpermit
Steps:
- Click on “Apply Now”
- Complete the required information
- Print the work permit once completed
- Work permit must be signed by the minor, a parent/legal guardian, and the employer
- Once completed the employer must keep a copy of the permit for 3 years
