New Hampshire Estates Elementary School

The School-Based Health Center at New Hampshire Estates is a full-service pediatric health clinic that is open every school day from 8:30 AM to 4 PM.  We service children enrolled at New Hampshire Estates/Oakview Elementary Schools and their siblings aged 3-19 years old.  

Services 

-All services are always FREE, regardless of income or insurance status and most of the clinic staff speaks Spanish.

-We can do Well-Visits, sports physicals/school physicals, hearing/vision screens, labs and vaccines.

-We can often see children same-day/next day for urgent/sick visits.

-We can also assist with accessing dental, optician/eyeglasses, prescriptions and some specialty care.

-With parent permission, children can come to the clinic from class for basic sick-care and vaccines without parents having to leave work.

-The clinic is staffed by nurse practitioners/medical assistants from Children's National Medical Center.

-Enrollment forms are available in the front office or in the health room.
