Ms. Ott's Class-Concrete Poems

Pictures Made From Words

Students in the William and Mary class each created their own concrete poem. Concrete poems are poems in which the words are written in such a way that they outline the shape of whatever they are describing. Every poem includes: personification, similies, and sound words.  Click on the title of a poem to view a video of the poet reading his/her poem.   The poems may take a few moments to download.
